Almost a year ago, we travelled to Ethiopia to become a family. We took this picture out of our minibus window of a small girl wheeling more water than we could imagine wheeling along the road. We don't know how far she had come, nor how far she had yet to go.

Girls around the world are often not allowed to go to school and make multiple trips or very long trips to fetch the water for the family each day. Our goal is to fully support a water project which will serve 250 people. Clean drinking water is integral to health, but also to taking one more chore off of overworked girls' lists.

Please donate to our cause. We have 3 months to raise this money. And, we are willing to give back to you if you give to our water campaign.

For anyone who donates $20, the girls will draw you an original picture. For $50, we will send you an original (4x6) Mick or Heidi Baikie photo in a matte, for $75 a (5x7) original matted photo, for $100 a (8x10) original matted photo. We'll even give you a selection of our best shots from travel near and far from which to choose.

Please pass along our campaign to friends, family and co-workers. We all should have access to clean water. How far would you have to travel each day for clean water if the city/town didn't pipe it to you?
