As a kid, I remember waiting for my birthday and dreaming about the pile of toys I would have after I finished opening up all of my gifts.

When I got older, I remember struggling with the fact that there were so many things that I wanted, and would probably get, when so many other people had nothing.

I don't need a pile of presents that I'll never use.
I don't want more "stuff".

My life is about something greater than myself, and I think the best thing I can do is to use a day that's "supposed" to be about me to help someone else.

There are nearly a billion people around the world who don't have clean water, and don't understand why hygiene and sanitation are so important. These small things are killing people in big numbers, and it's preventable if we all pitch in.

So that's why I'm asking for a $22 donation in order to give clean water to the billion people around the world who don't have it. Water is such a small thing, but it's also the biggest thing, and it's something that no one can live without.
